Zephyr has been incredible to work with! He guides us through every single step of getting our vehicles into and out of the repair shop. Even though our business is small, he treats us like a major account—always going the extra mile to handle shipping, delivery, and parts updates. In most cases, we wouldn't be able to afford these repairs if Zephyr wasn't constantly navigating different options and availabilities for us. At the end of the day, it’s not just the business itself, but the optimism and dedication of employees like Zephyr that keep us coming back. My hard-earned money is worth spending here!

We've purchased engines, transmissions, and countless other parts through Zephyr over the years, and the experience has always been excellent. They're incredibly helpful, easy to work with, and always willing to put in the effort to track down the right part for us. Their knowledge, communication, and dedication to helping customers are second to none. We highly recommend Zephyr and appreciate everything they do for us!

Huge thanks to Zephyr Landie for the outstanding customer service. Very respectful, professional, and went above and beyond to help me out throughout the whole process. Made everything easy, kept great communication, and genuinely cared about making sure I was taken care of. It’s hard to find service like that these days. D.J. was amazing, and extremely helpful as well as knowledgeable. What a GREAT business. I saved multiple hundreds on a ac compressor for my VW. Not only could they tell me how many miles were on it, but also how the car it came from was damaged. Incredible. Excellent customer service and they shipped me the part! I will be calling back soon looking for some other parts. 10/10

It has been our honor to work with David Vazquez, the bilingual customer care representative for B & R Salvage Inc. They may need more workers but they will not find another one like David. David went above and beyond to take care of us, he is a professional dedicated to giving his customers an outstanding service. We needed special accommodations for our engine to be delivered to our mechanic out in Colorado and David handled every request with professionalism and care. He never made us feel like a burden, on the contrary he went above and beyond accommodate a special delivery and to ensure our money and shipment was protected. Any time we called he was patient and welcoming. If he could not get to the phone he would make sure to call us back within 24 hours, and always received our questions or request with great diligence and positivity. It's rare to come across someone who takes such pride in their work, but David did exactly that. His attention to detail, upbeat energy, and commitment to ensuring everything went smoothly truly stood out. Things eventually took an ugly turn with the mechanic, we needed to return the engine but the mechanic refuse to turn it in to the shipping
